Please ensure to book your appointments at an appropriate time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you can do so online or you can message me. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 30% cancellation fee to be charged to your card. Please be sure to arrive to your appointment on time, arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a late fee of $20 being added to any services able to be completed. If accommodation cannot be made for any portion of your scheduled services on the day of, you will have to reschedule within 7 days with the added $20 fee (this serves as the cancellation fee). Not rescheduling will then result in a charge of 50% of the originally scheduled services and an addition of a non-refundable deposit fee being required in order to book any future appointments. No call no shows are 100% charge of the service, and a second no show results in no longer having access to my services.
