By working with gel enhancements, we provide strength and support to the natural nails to promote growth and product retention. Cancellation Policy
Please ensure to book your appointments at an appropriate time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you can do so online. Within 48 hours of the appointment time, you can message me to let me know you will be unavailable and need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 30% cancellation fee to be charged to your card. Please be sure to arrive to your appointment on time, arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a late fee of $20 being added to any services able to be completed. If accommodation cannot be made for any portion of your scheduled services on the day of, or if a same-day cancellation is made, a charge of 50% of the originally scheduled services will be charged to the card on file. No call no shows result in a 100% charge of the scheduled services to the card on file, with an addition of a non-refundable deposit fee being required in order to book any future appointments. Achieving two no shows results in no longer having access to my services.
